« Beautiful place and good condition. Noise cancelling was not true, we could hear the hallway, the community room above us and the neighbours pretty loudly. Staff often didnt speak english or misunderstood us frequently, but they were all friendly. A lot of families were there with children, i imagined it as an adult oriented resort, but if you have kids, probably this is also a good place for you. »

« Nice views from the property including experience from rooftop restaurant. Food was great as well. Every staff member was super helpful and ensured that our stay was something to cherish forever. Very welcoming atmosphere overall and wonderful experience. »

« Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could. »

« Very close to nature. Small property in the middle of nowhere. Lovely couple that run it. Very relaxing. Don’t miss the Jeep sunrise tour. We had great time. »

Chambre Familiale Double ou avec lits jumeaux

« Séjour très agréable. Notre hôte a été d’une grande aide pour organiser nos visites et activités, s’adaptant à ce que nous souhaitions. Le restaurant est très bon et abordable. Tout s’est très bien passé. »

« Point négatif : j’ai envoyé plusieurs courriels pour demander des lits jumeaux. Aucune réponse et quand nous sommes arrivés, aucune chambre ne semblait disposer de lits jumeaux (contrairement à l’annonce Hotels.com). Incident vite oublié grâce à l’amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel. On nous a organisé un tour des principales attractions de Munnar selon nos désirs. Notre chauffeur et guide était très sympathique. Nous avons passé au final un très beau séjour de 2 nuits. Endroit propre,...

« This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace. Its at a height so it offers a valley view from one side of its rooms and its worth the money. Parking is available on site. The space is a little small but at the same time...

« They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice. They should not keep it in the room unless it has been ordered or asked for. So when I went to check-out, they made me wait till one of the managers went to the room and checked if any of the items have been used or...

« Unprofessional behavior from manager who cancled our booking at the last moment sighting a heavy rish and nonreceipt of confirmation email from expedia. Later he made a saperate deal asking me to cancel expedia booking and book it directly. »
