« Très bien situé, climatisation bruyante, manque un peu d’entretien, personnel vraiment à la hauteur, lit confortable, bain tourbillon, chambre de grandeur moyenne propre »

« Front desk assigned us our room and then signed someone else the same room and that person entered our room not knowing. Very awkward! Then when they canceled her key they also canceled our key to our room. Too much back and forth. »

« It was a little off our travel route and some construction in the area but all good. It was midnight when we checked in. Front desk clerk was very nice. Very surprised some sort of breakfast wasn't included in the price. The room was set up like any other hotel breakfast but you had to pay 15-16.00 per person. Also had to pay 12.00 for parking!! Did not see that in the description when we booked it. Room was clean and quiet. »

« No hot water on second day (2 day stay) of reservation… entire wing we were told had no hot water! Limited TV channels and the on screen guide was totally wrong for the shows and even the channels listed as available. Duh. Very disappointing to have lame TV when we were hunkered at the hotel during the Nor’easter. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the room coffee pot made nice “hot” coffee. »

« The continental breakfast was fresh and oddly satisfying. The property is situated across the street from the Narragansett Bay. Our room cost almost $1000.00 for 4 nights and the view from our room was of the parking lot and the back of the kitchen If we had known that, we would have stayed somewhere else. »
