« Not our first stay and hopefully not the last! Only real complaint is that the bonfires for guests are a bit much. Can't go sit on the balcony, or open a door/window, at night due to dense smoke from the fires. Other than that this place is really great! The daily cookies are so good and the staff are friendly and helpful. »

« Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago. Once I said I didn’t want to pay full price, they started threatening me and my partner that our things would be thrown out if we don’t pay and that we would have to vacate. We had to cancel our entire vacation and go back home, because...
