« Wonderful location! Peaceful and quiet while still within walking distance to town. The manager, Mr. Anthony, was always welcoming and willing to assist, give advice, or just have a friendly chat. The rooms were clean and very high standard - overall recommended. »

« I went to Leh towards end of January for a peaceful retreat, the staff of this hotel made my experience amazing. They helped me plan the perfect itinerary and arranged for transportation. The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh. »

« Excellent service exceptional local food »

« Norbu the hotel GM was excellent. He personally made sure that the stay was comfortable and any of our needs were addressed. In fact, while embarrassing to state in a review, we ran out of cash and he lent us Rs. 5000/= going out of the way. That was a very trusting gesture on his part. Norbu also helped us get the visitor permit from the local DM’s office which helped us move forward with our trip. Lastly, he helped arrange for a SUV for the trip from Leh to Pangong to Nubra Valley. My only...

« Amazing Hosts. Wonderful place. We loved our visit and will have a long memory of Laddakh in our lives because of great hotel staff. Don't forget to ask for Dorjee driver for your taxi travel. One of the best driver I have every driven with (and you will need it because of rough terrain). I could trust him with my family in car on treacherous Himalayan roads and a whole bunch of aggressive drivers around. »

« Absolutely beautiful cabin set in the middle of an apricot orchard with wood burning stoves in each room and heaters in the beds. The service was fantastic and the food was great. We're going back. »

« Everyone - owner Jigme, Operations manager Joel, receptionists, waiters and other staff - was very efficient, polite and helpful. They give personal attention to each guest and fulfil any reasonable demand beyond usual expectation. I have not come across such a staff anywhere in the world. »

« It was an incredible experience! Kashmiri people are lovely, their hospitality is marvellous. I wish there was less trash everywhere in the valley - plastic bottles and plastic bags in particular. Can't really blame Kashmiris for it but some obnoxious Indian tourists from the rest of the country. Hope the trash situation improves, it is a real eye-sore and a bummer. »

« オーナーと2人の若い青年で切り盛りしてます。ホテルには朝到着したのですが、アーリーチェックインに対応していただき、朝ごはんまで用意していただきました！設備・備品は足りないですが、何でも対応しようとしてくれるサービス精神と比較的きれいな内装に私は満足できました。（注意点）①空港までの無料送迎サービスはなかったです。500ルピーのタクシーは呼んでくれますが。②備品・アメニティは本当に石鹸だけなので、バスタオルや歯ブラシ、ティッシュなどは持参しましょう。③部屋に空調はありません。6月でも夜は冷えるので日が出ているうちにシャワーは済ませた方が良いです。④変換プラグは必要ありません。日本のコンセントもちゃんと使えます。 They served breakfast before check in! This was my first experience and I was impressed with their hospitality! »
