„My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for.

„Total scam 😤 they should stop their scam breakfast business! Here is the story:
- i booked bed&breakfast
-i confirmed at the check in that breakfast was included. All good!
Here is the tricky part and where they scam people:
- they have only one breakfast area and they serve buffet.
- as everyone else, we went there also to eat and no one informed us that there are 2 breakfasts : buffet and regular…
- and apparently only regular is included in the booking…again, not mentioned anywhere

„Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block.
Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in.
Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after.“
