« This is a very large property therefore you may arrive to find you have the whole place to yourself or it could be filled with convention and/or large parties. Since it is a large property be prepared to possibly be staying a long walk from amenities.
The staff in the bar, restaurant, valet, and front desk were very helpful and friendly.
HOWEVER, we stayed 5 nights and only had hot water one of those. Shower and faucet produced ice cold water only, in spite of several trips to the front desk. ...

« My wife and I booked a deluxe king room for our 20th anniversary. Upon arrival, the gentleman checking us in asked if we were celebrating anything special, and when we told him of our anniversary he upgraded us to a suite at no charge. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional throughout our interaction.
The suite was amazing - basically a one-bedroom apartment with a large living room, dining area and kitchen with a large fridge, espresso maker, and microwave. The bedroom was huge,...

« Place itself is very nice. Not very convenient or kid friendly, and nowhere to walk to, but the deal killer is that the service is through a 3rd party, who then communicates to the apartment complex. Of course, they barely speak English.
You either have to download their app and give them your biometric data or they change the key code EVERY DAY and you cannot get into the apartment.
Every other working person we encountered hated the online customer service here. They need to fire the 3rd...
