« The Clio is ok, but nothing special. I was disappointed that I did not get the type of room I had reserved, the front desk was more or less collaborative. The rooms are clean when you come in, however during your stay, the cleaning service is a different story. The staff left a dirty cloth in my room on the desk and plastic from the toilet rolls on near the sink. I purposely left them there and no one picked them up for 2 days. « Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place. »

« Had everything we need for a great holiday. Paradigm mall is just next door. Food and shopping are amazing with plenty of choices. Really enjoyed the apartment. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Pool was awesome and private. Not to mention how huge it was. Gym was well stocked and had everything you need to burn those extra calories. Only small qualm was the shower head was positioned in a tight spot when it should be in the middle. Overall...

« We had a lovely time staying here for 3 nights for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young kids). The apartment comfortably slept us all and could easily fit a 5th person on the extra pull-out mattress. The whole place was beautifully furnished, and spacious enough to fit all our luggage. It was also very clean and anything we needed to be comfortable was provided including a washing machine, stove and oven, plates, bowls and cutlery, body wash, shampoo and towels. « Hotel top, très belle piscine, petit déjeuner correct chambre correct et le personnel sympathique. Les petits resto en bas de l'hôtel surtout celui en sortant à gauche top avec un service excellent. Le seul bémol loin de bukit bitang centre ville de kuala lumpur du coup faut prendre un taxi pour l'aller pas de souci pas très cher mais le retour plus compliqué pour négocier les prix. Faut utiliser l'application GRAB du coup le taxi moins cher. »
