« Although the parking structure had a problem with the drive in door entrance, the staff jumped to work and got us in a nice room in no time. Some roof construction going on, but all workers were polite. »

« The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great. »

« Very convenient location near the bottom of the slope close to the Northstar Gondola. We loved the property and little touches, like the snack basket, tea/coffee choices, etc. The view was fun, watching skiers come down the mountain. The best is ski in/out, no packing the car and driving necessary, at the end of a big ski day, it's so nice to be able to just relax. »

« Mr. Coffee machine was non-functional, it heated but coffee could not flow from basket into carafe. Ice in auto-ice-maker in freezer had frozen into a solid mass. Sink in main bathroom downstairs drains very slowly. Probably hair clog in the trap or on the sink drain stopper. »

« The view was fantastic. The place is large enough for several people. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The TVs did not work and when we called for assistance, we were told it would come, but never did. »

« The house was clean.Great layout .Good location. But the AC did not function well, no hair dryer and only 3 wash cloths. »

« Beautiful home in a great location. House was super clean and had everything we needed. »

« Mostly everything was ok except they did not told us that they were gonna be working on the streets so we didn’t had water for the first 2 nights and that was an issue. We didn’t have a iron in the house. »
