« The photos looked luxurious - actual hotel in a boring modern building across a car park. Not their fault, storm caused lift failure, and I had to climb two flights of stairs. Le lit était defence et les meubles étaient désuets pour un hotel de cette qualité. The private bathroom was outside the room across from the stairway with no key given, so anyone could use it even though it was to be private for you. If I knew the private bathroom was not ensuite, I would not have booked this hotel.
