„In den französischen Alpen ein gutes Hotel zu finden ist nicht einfach, zumal wenn man die Gemütlichkeit und das hohe Niveau aus Österreich, Schweiz und Südtirol kennt. Dieses Hotel jedoch erfüllt die meisten Wünsche. Der Service ist hervorragend, nur der zu späte Zimmerservice ( ca. 16 Uhr war das Zimmer erst gemacht) könnte verbessert werden. Der Service rund ums Skifahren ist einmalig. Ski in/out perfekt , die Skier und Schuhe gibt man einfach nur ab und hat mit Aufbewahrung/Trocknung nichts ...

„Hotel Le CouCou is a wonderful property! The room was so spacious and comfortable and every detail wasn't missed! The staff at the ski room was exceptional!!!! 10 and made my ski trip even more enjoyable! The staff at reception and breakfast area were only ok... but the shuttle drivers were beyond kind and helpful. “

„Hotel is nice and good positioned. Skiing slopes are not difficult and good for beginners. For good skiers maybe not so challenging. Hotel offers everything so that you can start skiing from the Hotel and do not have to run around in the village. Only bring your skiing clothes or you can buy them there in one of the many designer stores (expensive). Also food in General is expensive but in the excellent French quality.“

„Sehr schöne, neue Anlage. Sehr funktional ausgestattet. Mitten im Schigebiet. Tiefgarage mit 2,10 Meter Höhe auch mit Dachbox geeignet. Einzige Nachteile: die Elektroheizung wird zentral kontrolliert (und herungergeregelt). Erst nach mehrfacher Beschwerde an der Rezeption lief die Heizung auch in der Nacht durch. Warmwasser war an den Abenden nicht verfügbar. Dieses Problem wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gelösst. Schade, denn sonst wäre es ein wirklich rundum guter Aufenthalt ...

„It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. “

„Strategic location, ski in/out and walking distance from 1850. Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small ...
