« room was average »

« Staff did what they could to assist the TV not working, broken shower, and broken coffee maker. Spent much of our time watching maintenance fix everything. Then we had kids running up and down the hallway and dogs barking all after 11PM. Not happy with this stay. »

« The breakfast was fantastic and the service was amazing! The pool and hot tub were also in great shape and well maintained! »

« Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

« We were put into a room on the 3rd floor and discovered none of the light switches worked. There was a burn hole in the comforter in a non smoking room. They had cheap fluorescent work lights as their room lights. The window screen was torn. We were then moved to a 1st floor room. None of the outlets worked. The floor length mirror was held to the wall with caulking. The mattress was VERY uncomfortable and we only had 2 very flat pillows. I could not sleep. They had an indoor pool but you could...

« We had a wonderful stay every ideas listed was great couldn’t ask for more , thank you. »

« The rooms were too hot. You can’t adjust the thermostat below 65 F and it rarely stays at that temperature. Also, the swimming pool was small. The staff was helpful, but not much you can do when the structure itself is flawed. The breakfast was above average but consistently had to wait for refills on coffee. I will not stay here again. »

« We enjoyed a wonderful and quiet stay here. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the free breakfast was great. Close to so many places for food, enertainment, etc. »
