Surrounded by lush greenery and open views, this charming three-bedroom home offers a relaxing and comfortable setting for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy the tranquillity of the Oxfordshire countryside while remaining close to the city.

As you step inside, you’ll immediately notice the warm and inviting atmosphere. The home has been thoughtfully decorated with modern touches and cosy finishes, creating a space that feels both stylish and comfortable. Natural light fills the rooms, enhancing the calm and relaxed feel throughout the property.

At the heart of the home is the welcoming living area, the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the surrounding countryside or visiting nearby Oxford. Comfortable seating and soft décor make it an ideal spot to relax with a book, enjoy a film, or simply spend time together.

The dining room provides a lovely space for shared meals, whether you`re enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day or gathering for dinner in the evening. The equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable, with everything you need for both quick bites and home-cooked dinners.

Upstairs, the property offers three comfortable bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful place to rest at the end of the day. With calming décor and cosy furnishings, the bedrooms create a relaxing environment where guests can recharge and sleep well.

In one of the bedrooms we also have a fantastic work space with a desk, in case you need to tuck yourself away and send a few emails during your stay with us!

One of the highlights of Parklands is its spacious garden. Surrounded by greenery, the outdoor space is perfect for enjoying fresh countryside air. The patio area is furnished with outdoor seating, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxed lunches, or evening drinks while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Located just a short drive from the historic city of Oxford, guests can easily explore its famous colleges, museums, shops, and restaurants. The surrounding countryside is also home to picturesque villages, scenic walking routes, and traditional pubs, making Parklands a fantastic base for discovering the best of Oxfordshire.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
