„Negativ: Der Fitnessraum ist ein Witz - es gibt lediglich zwei Laufbaender und ein Fahrrad. Die Korridore riechen oft nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück ist grenzwertig - leider ist das in den anderen Hotels, die ich in Los Alamos ausprobiert habe, ebenso. Positiv: Die Zimmer sind ruhig, die Betten angenehm. „Das Casino ist überschaubar und angenehm, das angeschlossene Hotel ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und zum Wohlfühlen. Das Restaurantangebot mit einem Buffet-Restaurant, ist der Größe entsprechend. Allerdings wird einem der selbigen aus der "Pappe" gegessen, was nicht unser Fall ist.“
