« Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. »

« We checked in when it seemed the entire hotel was checking in though staff remained pleasant and kind and didn’t show that they were likely overwhelmed. The location was very easy to get to with ample parking. The water slide was a hit!!! Bathrooms in the rooms are very small though the beds were comfortable. We were unfortunately not able to eat breakfast or receive breakfast to go as we needed to be out of the hotel prior to breakfast time at 0700 for a tournament. It would have been nice to...

« The hard wired smoke detector kept beeping. We tried to remedy the issue but the front desk didn't seem to care. I wanted to call the fire department because that is a hazard. Then, the hot tub malfunctioned and was also dirty. Never coming back »

« So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. I couldn't get much sleep, tossed and turned a lot. The rooms air, was so muggy, that me and my baby, literally could smell mildew in the air. It actually felt, suffocating. I had to buy air freshener, just in case I would run into something like that. You see the thing about me, is that I am a clean freak. Last but...

« Found a pink pill on the bottom of the coffee holder. I have 3 children under the age of 5 that could have found it. Other than that the staff were courteous and welcoming which is always a plus to me. Double check rooms though after cleaning. »
