« Couldn’t get the tv to work. Staff tried multiple times and still couldn’t get it to work. Had to use our personal hotspot and ps5 to watch tv. No clear signs anywhere when the slide was open or closed. We booked it purposely for the slide and kid pool. Had we known it wasn’t open on Sunday mornings we wouldn’t have booked here. The kid pool water fountain was broke. Staff was never at the desk. Overall not a great experience. »

« Great hotel, super nice staff that went out of their way to be helpful. The elevator made a weird noise at the top when it was about to stop. The doors were extremely heavy making it a little hard to open easily or close softly. Breakfast was good but not great in options. A little bit of garbage on floor but nice clean room and new looking. »

« What a good stay !! Very comfortable bed and good hot breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.. also appreciated the laundry services and renovation of the building. »

« We stayed for eight days and having accommodations including the kitchen made our stay so much better than a regular hotel room. Their fitness center included some pretty heavy weights, which was great because many places we stay have small weights and it was an unexpected surprise so we could get in some good workouts every day. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean. »

« The guy (Rahul) at the reception forgot that I had checked in and came "checking" @ 3:00 AM, ruining my sleep for the night !! Also, it was a very "sparsely" populated "free breakfast table" , with hardly anything available. Elevator not functioning. »

« I absolutely love this hidden gem!!! Staff is so kind and helpful, they never hesitate to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible!!!! Breakfast was yuuuummmmmy!!!! Egg rounds and sausage, breads, cereal, hardboiled eggs, some days biscuits and gravy (all days fried potatoes, just microwave them a smidge bit and they'll be perfect!)... Bath towels were the softest and best I've EVER experienced at a hotel! Hubby and 5 y/o (on the spectrum) had a BLAST in the pool! they have an outside...

« Our stay was okay. Our king room was super small. The mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and not very cold. The towels were thin and hard. The air conditioner was extremely loud. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings. »

« The faculty was nice and polite but… The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling....
