The spacious master bedroom features a private ensuite, offering added privacy and relaxation, while the remaining bedrooms are carefully appointed to ensure a restful stay for all guests. The home boasts a stylish open-plan living area perfect for unwinding or spending quality time together.

Our spacious home is perfect for families or groups, featuring 2 single beds, 1 double bed, and 2 queen beds to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The house includes 2 modern bathrooms for added convenience. Enjoy a large dining room ideal for hosting gatherings, along with a comfortable living room perfect for relaxing after a long day.

A well-equipped and inviting space for both short and long stays.

Guests will have full access to the main house, including all bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the living room, and the large dining area. Entry is through the main home entrance.

That means, feel free at home!

Guests can message us through Airbnb should they need anything during their stay.
🏡 House Rules

🚫 No parties or events are allowed on the property & no sticking things on walls, confetti use or party items as that does damage to the property.

🚫 No additional guests may visit or stay. Only registered guests may be at the property at all times.

⚡️ All heaters, gas stoves, ovens, candles, lights, kettles, dryer, taps, air conditioning & TV`s must be turned off when not at property & should be supervised at all times.

🚭 No smoking, vaping, drug, fire alarm or use inside or outside the premises in the community title.

👟 Shoes off inside – please leave shoes at the entrance to protect the white floors and curtains.

🪟 Be mindful of the white curtains – avoid touching with dirty or wet hands.

🚗 Parking is next to the house drive way or street only (please do not use the garage).

🔇 Respect quiet hours (9pm – 9am) to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbours.

🗑️ Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and keep the home tidy.

🐾 No pets unless approved in advance.

❌ Any violation of these rules may result in additional cleaning fees or cancellation of your stay.

❌ No using neighbours car parks & or making copies of the keys.

📬 No mail or illegal deliveries to be done at the property.

🏡 Please let us know if anythings breaks or is damaged at the property.

🎥 Please note the neighbour across us has an exterior camera in the front of their house, that if needed will be used as well as a door camera that if charged is used.

🧼 Please note that if staying for more than 20 days you may request a light clean & also may be requested to take out main bins to the road.
