« We only spend one night in that hotel and we thought it was great. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. A minor problem about the bathroom was that the blind could not be wound down, as the mechanism was broken, and although the window was opaque glass, with the light on we felt a little exposed. « Favorite place we stayed at while traveling in Switzerland. Incredible staff, amazing rooms, and convenient location. The shuttle service offered was something we didn’t know we needed but was sooo thankful to have. We really appreciate the front desk staff for all their help »

« Personnel qui rentre dans la chambre en toquant 10x …. Place de garage soit disant réservée et ce n’était pas le cas. Personnel pas assez qualifié pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ( moitié sait pas l’allemand et incompétent) Buffet déjeuner très bon Spa petit mais bien, piscine un peu froide »
