Joygate Hotel & Suites
Booked on Expedia and paid. Got there and they said they had no reservation and they’re fully booked. No one is talking about my refund. Expedia hasn’t contacted me and the hotel didn’t give me a refund. I’m not sure why I’m getting survey link. I didn’t stay there!!!!

The place has been sold to a new owner. It’s no longer E Apartments. I only found out when I got there after making my booking online. And the prices are not the same as the new place is more expensive than E Apartments. And the staff were of no help whatsoever when I told them what was going on. ...
