"No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way. The, know about the issue but do not solve it. Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min.... "

"The hotel is fine, in good shape. The room was rather small and strangely designed: a long tray on the wall instead of a table that was not wide enough to place a laptop work. Only on the wide windowsill I could place it to at least charge it... Even for the cheap coffee capsules they wanted to charge. At the beginning we had three hand towels in the room, but after every cleaning one disappeared without getting replaced, so in the end we had none. Rather keep the dirty towel in the room instead of washing but not replacing it... Gym was very limited with old machines. The only weight machine was broken... The nicest thing in this hotel is definitely the long pool. Breakfast was ok too, although I bit limited (no fresh juices, few fruits). Checkin was very slow, the online checkin the offer is impossible to fill when not being Brazilian as they only accept Brazilian CPF and zip. Absurd."
