« Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. »

« The fotos of the site are not accurate. The property is neglected. The floors were cracked missing pieces and dirty. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the smell of mold impregnated on the pillows and sheet. The shower head was clogged and produced very little water. Broken windows sealed with plastic. The entrance to the facilities was totally dark very unsafe (no bulbs on the light)dangerous and unsafe to enter facilities at night. »

« This is not a hotel. It is a bedroom with a common space. There is no security, no security door latch locks in the room, floors lack cleanliness and they dont even put fitted sheets, you sleep on top of mattress cover, which is stained with yello marks. We left 15 min. After arrival and asked for refund. Property never answered and there is nobody on the property to contact. Mis lesding information all the way. »

« Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...
