« This condo is in rough shape. Markings on the wall, stains on the couch, old TVs in the room, the fan in the bathroom had caked up dust. Overall cleanliness was horrible. The showers were disgusting, once you got out, you’d have black crap all over the bottom of your feet. Looked like maybe some mold in one the showers, not sure. The fan in the bedroom with the two queens wasn’t balanced so it just make dinging noises all night, couldn’t really use it at night. Ice maker is a nice touch, but...

« Beach view from the balcony was great & has a high top table to eat at!! Condo overall was functional & mattress & bedding were very comfortable. Old cabinets & countertops need updating, but kitchen & bathroom is well stocked with everything we needed. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, and the loveseat cushion was wet with "something" when we got into the condo (and we couldn't sit on it & we reported it to the property management & downstairs desk attendant). « We had an excellent experience staying at this wonderful condo. It was a last minute trip and what a great find! It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Although we did not have a beach view, we absolutely loved the view of Ole River and watching the boats. We will be back! »
