« The house was perfect for what we needed my only complaint was the pool heater was out and has been for over a month. The television in master bedroom was broken our first night but it was fixed the next day that wasnt a big deal. The owner came by to look at something outside while we were there which I thought was odd unsure if it was even the owner or a credpy man but the house itself was nice. And we had a great vacation as a family! We would definitely rent it again. »

« Property was easy to find. House was exactly as described! House was clean for the most part and looked exactly as the pictures. Only complaint on the cleanliness was that we had to wash quite a few of the dishes before using. A few of the glasses had drink residue in them, dirty silverware, and what appeared to be pet hair in a bunch of the pots and pans. Elevator instructions were hidden, and no book laying out the house rules, or check out procedures. There was no outdoor trash can on site so...

« Small complex of townhouses on beach with nice pool, family oriented atmosphere that is quiet but close to everything. A little dated but you’re not in the townhouse that much. It does have a flight of steps up to 1st floor & 2nd floor, not a bad thing-just be prepared. Grounds are well maintained. Wouldn’t recommend sleeper sofa so bring an air mattress if you need more than 2 bedrooms. Overall I would rent again. »

« When we first got to the beach house, we thought, well this is small, its going to be a tight fit. We had 2 adults, a 17 year old boy, a 13 year old girl, and a 11 year old boy. « We had a great time staying here. Great neighbor hood, close walk to the beach and loved the porch to sit out on in the evening. Everything we needed was in the house and walmart was 15min away. There were 2 restaurants, ice cream and a store a block away. We loved our stay here. The only thing that weirded me out was there were hand prints all over the walls and the slanted ceiling above our bed. Other than that everything was very clean. »
