„This is a one bedroom apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and coin laundry downstairs. We stayed in Fairbanks for 3 nights and this was like a home away from home. The communication with the owner was excellent! If you’re staying for any length of time, book this room if you can!!“

„Room is clean restroom is clean. Walkable to Fred Mayer and taco bell. Owners are friendly. Would have been even better if there is a small water bottle or provision to fill water but this is just a suggestion. If you have a choice to choose between a hostel and this room with few dollars price difference I would strongly suggest to go for this room for all the advantages it offers. I was in similar boat hence suggesting :) “

„Check-in was seamless, including a quick call to go over some details. Also, a well crafted welcome book to go over some helpful tips and house rules in addition to local recommendations. „Wifi worked properly, but the water in the shower was little. Also they said there were two beds, but it was only one Queen with a terrible mattress, and a couch bed. We got no transportation from Airport to the Suites although it was offered on the website. The code for the door was promised in the morning, we got it in the late afternoon.“

„Such a nice room - well appointed and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing view of Near Island Channel. The Captain’s Quarters had a dedicated parking space along the road, and a separate entrance that is clearly marked. Easy to find and easy to access (provided that a few stairs are not a limitation).
