„The hotel is very nicely located in the centre of San Marino capital city. The nearer surrounding seems to be quite historical. Staff is extremely polite and the restaurant extraordinary good for a fair price. Only very slight critic is the supermall single room and that I didn't manage to fully use the Sky access. However, even during night, people should visit the city. ;) I personally highly recommend the hotel anyway.“

„Leider nicht den hohen Preis wert. Bemühte Mitarbeiter die immer nett waren. Allerdings ist die Zimmereinrichtung stark in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche für eine Person ab 180cm nicht tragbar und fast unmöglich für die Nutzung. Essen war ok, geht aber in den lokalen in nähren Umgebung deutlich besser. Parkplatz Gebühr mit 25€ am Tag grenzt an abzocke. “

„Das Hotel macht einen netten Eindruck, Personal ist freundlich und stets Hilfsbereit. Der Pool direkt am Hotel hat nur kurz Sonne, da das Nebengebäude sehr nahe steht. Das Morgenbuffet ist grosszügig und für Italien sehr gut. Seit Mai ist die Tiefgarage der angrenzenden Hotels nur noch mit Batch zugänglich.“
