- This property may accept pets upon request. Reach out to the guest experience team to discuss your pet, service, or support animal. Unauthorized pets may be subject to a fine.
- 8 amenity badges on lanyards are provided hanging near the front door and more cannot be purchased. 8 is the max allowed by the community. Children under 5 do not need a lanyard. A lanyard must be worn at all times when using community amenities. Amenities are only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster.
- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
- This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor.
- This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. While it is not gated, registration is required before check-in. We will provide more details about this requirement once your reservation is confirmed.
- Please note that all guests staying 30 nights or longer are required to pay a Monthly Service Charge every 30 days throughout their stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
