The property is as advertised, very clean and nice open floor plan layout allowed our family of 7 to enjoy the home and not be on top of each other. We did stay in the winter so the use of the amenities didn't apply as they are all for warm weather use. There is a clubhouse with a bar you can eat at but no alcoholic drinks if you're not a member of the community (or signed in by one). Not a deal breaker, just something you should be aware of.
As we've stayed in other VRBOs before in the poconos, we would have found it better to have a small welcome booklet/one sheet with a map of the community and clear instructions for clean up expectations or house rules and such. While these were communicated through email before we left, we didn't see them as cell service in the area is low/none and though the wifi is great, if you're not on it, you don't get to see these communications until too late. Host was very pleasant and gave the information, but we saw it too late. And with no cell service, finding the dumpster was nearly impossible as it's a drive from the house. This is why a small welcome packet and map would be perfect. This didn't impact our stay and like of the house, just a little advice so it's more helpful for those who stay next.
