Roaches - Do not stay
I had a family emergency. Flew to ABQ, and arrived late. We checked in and there were young roaches in the kitchen, roaches in the patio, and a dead roach in the bathroom. I used the roach spray under the kitchen sink (clearly not a new issue) to kill the roaches. Got in bed after flying across the country and there was hair in the bed, and a bur in the pillow case. Left and stayed at a hotel. Did not stay a single night - and asked for a refund. VRBO said that it was a health issue and I would get my $ back, but I am still waiting. I also immediately let the owner know and they said they would treat to property so we could stay. This issue would have taken more than a couple of hours to fix and I didn't have time to deal with it when I was trying to deal with my mom in the hospital. Since then the owners have acted as though there have been no issues. Hard pass on this property.
