« We had a very disappointing experience with this property and feel obligated to warn future guests.When we arrived, it was immediately clear the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests. When we pulled back the sheets on the main bed, we found multiple types of hair under the sheets along with visible stains. « Great little spot for a few nights exploring the Elk Rapids area. Plenty of space to unhook/store our boat. Having the grill and fire pits was nice - we cooked our own dinner there both nights! »
