Hotel Alexandria

« We needed a place to stay as we traveled from Texas to Alabama. This hotel was comfortable and looked nicer in person than I was anticipating from photos. It was very clean, the room was already cooled for us upon arriving. The electric curtains in our room really blacked out any lights or sun allowing us to really rest. I felt safe the entire time we stayed. I would book here again. »

« The property is decaying, rooms were not clean, it offered a breakfast but nothing was served. We only stayed there because we had to spend the night, will never stay there again. »

« Check in was good. Upon checking the room, the bathroom had dust and dirt from maintenance work in the bathroom shower, shower curtain was not installed and toilet needed to be cleaned. One of the employees came to our room right away and took care of the problem. The tv was not connected to satellite. Also, upon checking in, we were in the elevator which stopped between second and third floors and had to call Inn reservation number to alert front desk that we were stuck in elevator. Jolene in...
