Spectacular country house with private pool in Algaida welcomes 2 + 2 guests.
The exteriors of this beautiful country house are ideal to rest during your holidays. The private pool is chlorinated and measures 5 x 10 meters while the depth ranges from 1 to 2 meters. After cooling off, you can bask in the island sun on the sunlongers and the porch next to the house is perfect to enjoy a succulent barbecue. The privacy is total in the property.
The interior of the single-storey house has a traditional and cosy style. In the living room there is AC, satellite TV and next to it you will find the kitchen equipped with a gas cooker. The dining room, also with AC, is independent and can seat up to 4 people. For relaxation there are two bedrooms with AC, the first one with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and the second one with two single beds which will only be open for extra guests. There is another bathroom with bathtub for the rest of the house. The equipment is completed by a washing machine, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair for your baby and central heating in the whole house. Furthermore, the owner invites you to visit his private antique car museum where you will be able to contemplate an extensive sample of the history of motoring, with authentic pearls that you will surely never forget having been able to have at your fingertips.
The property is located in Algaida, a very central town on the island of Mallorca and well-connected with the rest of the island. The town has all the essential public services and you cannot miss the traditional cuisine restaurants in town. It is located just 25 minutes from the city of Palma or the sandy beaches of Can Pastilla or Arenal.
The AC only emits cold air, but oil heating is available.
