Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eines der Apartments mit Meerblick, das sehr geräumig war (sofern man wie wir zu zweit reist). Die Küche hält alles parat, was man benötigt und wir konnten gut kochen. Insbesondere steht auch Olivenöl etc. bereit. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum! Von der Unterkunft ist alles wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es ein wenig laut wird nachts (durch die belebte Straße und insbesondere auch den Aufzug). Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

The Salty Lodge was absolutely everything we could have hoped for in an apartment while visiting Lagos. The apartments and building are super-modern, clean and well-appointed. The staff are friendly and communication and check-in instructions are terrific. The location cannot be beat! This is right in the heart of Old Town Lagos. You step out the front door and you are right in the middle of great dining, shopping and walking along the marina. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel - room was lacking nothing. The view couldn’t be better - the old city, church, beach. Returning to our room was like home - we stayed 15 days. Looking forward to returning.

Thank you Salty lodge. Had a lovely 3 weeks. The staff at the reception as well as the cleaning staff were exceptional and assisted us promptly with all our needs. The reception staff were friendly and helpful everyday with restaurants/ what to do and see in Lagos. They even gave us a tour if Cara Margo at our request. Lovely staff made you feel at home. Stop your search now! This property is simply wonderful and met all our needs! Small, quaint and tastefully decorated. Close to everything in Old Town. If you can’t get an ocean view room, no worries - the 5th floor has a lovely, cozy indoor/outdoor terrace with amazing views and is open 24hrs. Sunrise, sunsets and beach views! We went up every evening with wine and enjoyed the space. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Amazing shower with ample hot water. We highly recommend this property. Easier if you don’t have a car as parking is offsite, but not a deal breaker. We will be back!

Salty Lodge was a great choice...
We very much enjoyed our stay at Salty Lodge. The staff was always friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and it also got cleaned every day. The great plus point is of course the location. It is close to about everything to see and all the restaurants.

The Salty Lodge was an adorable spot for a few days in Lagos, the staff were super to deal with and check in and out were simple. The room itself was quaint and the shower was absolutely amazing! We stayed in the off season and still found things to do around town to keep us entertained. This centrally located spot is super convenient for a stay in Lagos, thanks so much!

10/10 perfect old city stay
Perfect stay. Clean, spacious, modern apartments in the centre of Lagos old city. Friendly and efficient check in, morning coffee and fresh oranges. Roof deck! We used the nearby free parking, a 6 minute walk (you can’t drive or park inside the old city walls). Loved Lagos and area. Went to Autodromo in Portimao for driving experience (hot laps in race cars!). Totally amazing.

The location was great but we had to park an 8 min walk away. Catarina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And we loved getting the oranges every day to make fresh squeezed oj.

Cute apartment style accommodation in the middle of Lagos! We loved the vibes, upstairs patio and the small special touches (such as the welcome note and breakfast crackers). Easy to communicate with the hosts despite there not being a 24 hour reception. Would stay again!

The Salty Lodge was fantastic! We had an ocean view two bedroom. The space was updated, cute, and comfortable. The view was stunning. I enjoyed lounging on the deck. The top floor common area was also a beautiful space and view. It really is in the heart of everything in the old town area, but still quiet at night with the windows closed (there was air-conditioning). Although they didn’t have a washer-dryer in the unit, they did offer laundry service for a reasonable rate. We would definitely stay again!

The Salty lodge is situated in the heart of the Lagos’ main city. Clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable!!! The daily oranges and coffee provided were tokens that made our mornings refreshing and delightful. The experience of parking off property site was still manageable and convenient.

We had a wonderful time staying at Salty Lodge. If you're driving in then you will need to park at a nearby lot but the location was great. Many restaurants and souvenirs store the moment you step out. Rooftop view was also fantastic.

This is a gorgeous location, in the heart of the old city. We were surprised by how spacious the apartment was, and the kitchen was better equipped than we expected. The only thing lacking that such apartments sometimes have was a washer/dryer. The upkeep and cleanliness were impeccable. The property has a stunning rooftop terrace, from which this photo is taken, with views of the ocean and the town. I should also mention that the staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. One small caveat--we were there in January. During high season for tourists, I would expect the location to be noisy at night, due to the many nearby bars and restaurants. As it was, there were a few nights when drunken carousing could be heard outside. It tends to echo in the narrow stone streets. But with a sound screen app on my phone, I slept very well. Overall, a lovely, lovely spot in a beautiful town.

There was so much to love about The Salty Lodge. Location was perfect. Only about a block and a half off of the harbor front and right in the middle of the best section of restaurants in the old town. A small market is maybe 50 feet from the entrance for any light shopping. The hotel itself seems as though it could have just been built (or completely renovated) the week before we arrived. Everything was new looking, clean, freshly painted, etc. We couldn't recommend The Salty Lodge more highly.
