« The property was wonderfully decorated and initial supplies plentiful. A very quiet and peaceful experience. The location provided a unique change from our normal flatland home. The only negative involved the loss of internet connection and the contact number provided in the guide for reporting issues did not elicit a response. The outage proved to be a system problem beyond the control of the host. »

« This container home was absolutely amazing. There is nice spacing from the other homes. The bed is comfortable and the shower has great pressure. 10 out of 10. We are looking forward to staying again ! »

« Absolutely loved the setting. It’s off the main road in the mountains, absolutely stunning views and perfect starry night sky. The room (post office) was spacious with a king bed, fridge and microwave, very clean and appointed in the Texas style. Access to the fully stocked cantina was a huge bonus. »

« The Saloon was so cool to stay in! The front porch was great to sit on and the back had a gorgeous view. It was not convenient to get food (or anything else for that matter) but this was made clear ahead of time so we went prepared. The road was flooded out when we got there but this was also a warning ahead of time and we had a truck so had no issues. We'd go back for sure. This was our favorite place to stay out of an 8 hotel trip. »

« Breathtakingly beautiful location. Fun and comfortable room. Although we had a pool in the room it was well designed and thoughtfully managed to keep low chlorine smells. We were impressed by the design of the entire property and plan to visit again. »

« This property was between Alpine and Terlingua, so it is pretty remote. The area is beautiful and the motel property was cute. The room was clean, my only criticism is the beds were too firm for my liking. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay. I definitely recommend. »
