« I am leaving a one star review because this property charges a nightly amenities fee that is a separate charge from the room rate. According to the staff on site, this amenities fee is for breakfast, the gym, etc. (we did not use any of these services) Expedia advertises the breakfast as free. « I've stayed here before and my experience this time was terrible I will never book there again. The room had no air conditioning properly working, no TV working, the room was not properly cleaned. But because i stayed one night i assumed that why we were treated in that manner. Certain staff members were exceptionally Rude. Unprofessional behavior. « It was a nice clean room. The sink is not in the bathroom, which I didn’t catch in the pictures, I just don’t prefer that set up. The people were very nice. The “road noise” other people mentioned wasn’t an issue for us although we were in the front of the motel. »

« This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained.
