« Charming older property with a great view. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of off street parking for our 3 vehicles. Steve was exceptionally great to work with. During the first day of our stay one of the 2 AC units went out (during the hottest, most humid days) and he was immediately responsive and had a new unit installed by the next day, updating us on the progress the entire time. « Rooms decent. Property itself bad. Cool, elevator, vending machines all out of order. If you just want to bed to stay in, this is a great cheap place to stay. Rooms were clean, but like every motel needed updating, but clean. Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway »

« The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaints from the guests were the bath towels are too small not very absorbent. Also the 1-ply toliet paper was not the quality one would expect for a place this nice. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property. »
