« The rental looks beautiful as the pictures show. There is no cooktop or stove but the toaster oven and microwave are nice. The kitchen sink is small, it holds 4 glasses before it is full. The apartment appears clean and neat but my white socks were fairly dirty after walking across the floor. The beds are super comfortable. My only feedback to the rental company is to provide more than the two small 'starter rolls' of toilet paper. Perhaps they could save on the dishwasher pods (there is no...

« Cute little place with nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf water. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I loved having Alys on one side and Rosemary on the other. There are many excellent dinner and cocktail options nearby. If you are solely looking to spend all your time at the beach, this may not be the best choice as the dedicated beach area is very small and crowded (and the weather wasn’t even nice while we were there). I would definitely stay here again. »

« The property was just as described. It was a short walk from the beach and from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the property. The communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our weekend. I would stay at a property managed by David again. »

« The online description was spot on. We missed the part of the email that told us to print off parking pass before getting to the rental. We had to then find somewhere local to print it off. Turns out there was a laminated parking pass located in the unit we could have used. Prepare ahead for that!! Clean, quiet, quaint! Excellent excellent location!! Go to a public beach access, the beach at Seacrest was overrun and people are on top of each other. We love this spot for a cozy stay!! Suggestions...

« We had a wonderful five night stay at this property. Cheryl was prompt to answer any questions before arrival and during our time there. The location is AMAZING (within walking distance to everything you could need). The place was very clean and having a washer & dryer for our stay was useful. I loved how this house came with everything needed for a beach day including: wagon, chairs, towel, umbrella and a cooler. Would recommend for a couples getaway. »
