The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. Parking was attached to the hotel and the conference center, so I never had to venture out in the cold. Priceless. The shower drain was clogged, so by the end of my shower, my feet were taking a bath. Ya win some. Ya lose some. For a less than 24-hour stay, I certainly can't complain.

The hand mixer didn't work, the filter in fridge needed changing, the iron didn't work and the ironing board wouldn't stay up. They didn't leave enough towels, 14 and we had 18 people. Other than that it was wonderful, very clean!
