« The stay was okay for the price but the hotel is in need of some TLC. My room had mold above the window, there was rust stains in the bathtub, there was green algae/mold in the outside pool, and the person who checked us in, Velma, was extremely rude when I had to ask for a higher floor even though it was on my reservation request which was made over a month in advance. The motel DID NOT answer. Expedia calls to change rez. They know who is calling and REFUSE to answer because if this! I had to pay penalties, which is the entire cost of the room!!
