« Sol très sale, réfrigérateur très bruyant, compartiment congélateur qui ne congèle pas, et surtout bien sale. Ensemble vétuste, sol cassé... bref un vrai motel dans lequel je ne reviendrai pas »

« Not a bad spot for a couple day visit or so if you're trying to be near off base but probably better options around. More like a budget area to stay in really. »

« It was completely different from the photos shown when booking. I tried to ignore it and just sleep for night, but seeing cockroaches was shocking. It was the worst experience. »

« The room was clean. Fridge was very cold so much so it froze our drinks but it was ok. Parking was well lit. »

« The floor was dirty,the bathtub had brown stains in it and did not drain properly. The mat they provided was full of mold. They didn’t replenish linens when they took the dirty ones and did not provide enough in the first place. This was one of the most unclean places I have ever stayed. The only good thing we got out of it was they did offer us a ride to the store cheaper than an uber since my rental didn’t work out on the first day. I will stay here again. »

« The room I stayed at didn’t have the best smell even though the ac vent was dusty but the filter was clean and the door to the bathroom didn’t close easily and one of the three bed sheets was stained with like black markers I don’t know but for a three day stay it’s ok there is a Denny’s near and Big Q and seven eleven but it’s sketchy the area »

« The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »

« The staff was nice. The property could use some love. In my room the TV, microwave, and fridge did not work and there was no light in the bathroom. There was also cigarette burns on the bedding - funny since I was in a non smoking room. I only need the room for a night because I was in town for a concert. Checked out and left after my show after having someone knock on my door looking for his tattoo artist and dealer. »

« The staff is great and the location was perfect for its proximity to Lackland AFB. However the elevator was constantly OOC and the breakfast was meager and did not open until 530am but their staff told us that we should leave the hotel no later than 540am to make our son's graduation from BMT. The facility is tired and the room very average. The air conditioning controls were unavailable and we froze to the point we had to request additional bedding. If not for its location I would not recommend...
