„Our first time staying at this property. So glad we found it - it will be our first choice for future trips to Chesdin. The house is spacious and wonderfully appointed. Kitchen has everything you'll need. Plenty of parking (we had 2 boats/trucks). The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House sits right on the water w/ a fabulous view of the sunset. This place is great for a family get-away or homebase for a fishing trip. Minutes to the Whippernock ramp.“

Place was perfect with bedrooms and baths as well as the basement area so the kids had a place to hang that was their “own”. Communication was TOP NOTCH. „The property was clean and functional. We needed a place to stay with the family dog while waiting to close on our nearby home purchase (we were coming from out of state). We were happy with property and now live nearby. The only downside was the gravel road drive through the woods at the end. We're not used to that, but it really wasn't bad. Nice place to stay. We're grateful that we found it. Owner was very friendly and accessible. That was a big plus.“

„My teenage son and I stayed here for a 4 day swim meet at SwimRva which was conveniently about 5 minutes away. The basement apartment was very clean and extremely well put put together!. The apartment was comfortable and my son certainly enjoyed the video games on the giant tv! Sharon was extremely communicative and even left out snacks for us every morning! I would highly recommend this property!“

„We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again“

„Nice little house with lots of room. Sleeps at least 8 people. The house seems to be a work in process, as missing handles, caulking the bathroom floor etc. Was clean, only one room has closet space. Needed more dishes, pot holders and to go through their shelves. Advertised as pet friendly for both cats and dogs, however a day before we arrived we got instructions to keep the pets off the furniture, not sure how you do that with cats. If we had known this we would have booked else where.“

"Wir sind hier während einem Familienurlaub für 9 Nächte abgestiegen. Das erste Zimmer (Erdgeschoss zum Parkplatz) haben wir wegen Lärm und Sauberkeit im Bad abgelehnt. Das zweite Zimmer war im 5.OG mit Walk Inn Dusche, zwei Queen Size Betten ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Zimmerrreinigung erfolgte von Montag bis Freitag jeden zweiten Tag und war dann aber als hervorragend zu bewerten. Das integrierte Frühstück war für amerikanisches Frühstück in dieser Preisklasse sehr gut sortiert. Unser Fazit ein gutes Hotel nahe der Interstate 95 mit vielen umliegenden Speise und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es ist sowohl für Reiseübernachtung wie auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Beom nächsten Familienaufenthalt ist es wieder eine Wahl für uns."
