« Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! »

« I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed. Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. In addition, the dust via ceiling fans, closets, etc., needs to be addressed. Additional Cons: The couch needs to be replaced, there were literally visible...

« The host had great communication! The king bed was amazing - super comfortable. The house is definitely good for dogs and is puppy proofed. There’s a nice dog park within easy walking distance. The backyard was spacious, but had some litter and other dog poop. »
