« Location was great for our first visit to Loveland. The house was furnished with the basics, the AC was great on the hot days we were there. « The home was very clean and cozy. The fenced in back yard was a great bonus. The host was very responsive and reliable. Already looking into booking here again! »

« It was a quiet neighborhood and a good place for couples. Parking wasn’t a problem. However, it wasn’t clean to my standards. The fridge was dirty, the blinds had dust everywhere, we found a condom wrapper under the bed, and a cigarette under the chest. Also, the desk chair and the toilet was wobbly. The lights in the kitchen flicker and sometimes turn off. Overall, we enjoyed the stay but there were just little things that could’ve been better. »

« Need maintenance for backyard. No seating area »

« Happy abouut the most part the cleanleness but very upset about the backyard being not being mowed mowed and headges cleaned up. The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there. »

« Good stay. Snacks and water bottles were a nice touch. Beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked them to be. Loved the games selection and had a great time playing games together in the evening. »

« We were delayed traveling, so arrived a day late to find that there was no lights in no air-conditioning. When reaching out to the host, we were told that they needed to update me on the issues and they were canceling my stay. Updating was a weird word in this situation because the only thing we had heard previously is how excited they were to host us and they provided all of the entry information already. As I stated, we were already a day late so we were expected to have already stayed at the...

« I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it. »
