„The host did not reply to messages of concern. We checked in and the temperature was very cold in the cabin with no instructions on how to turn the heat up. We did eventually figure it out but I immediately sent a message and received a message in response over 24 hrs later when I responded about a different issue. "Sehr zentral und Top Lage wenn man in Midtown was sucht! Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Ich war mit meinem Ausblick nicht zufrieden und hab unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Durfte auch vor der offiziellen Check In Zeit in das Zimmer. Alles etwas alt aber mich hat es absolut nicht gestört. Das Bad etwas klein. Ansonsten alles super !"
