A four star hotel in a capital city should do better. We were assigned a room where one of the mattresses was quie uneven, the smell was not as fresh and opening the window to freshen it up allowed the noise from the central ventilation system to force us to close it. the minibar was empty. There were no slippers or shower robe. They were punctual to move us to a better room. They promised to bring slippers and robes but never did.

Thé facilities and the swimming pools are clean and so nice but I don’t know why the indoor pool is 18+ only specially when it’s still cold for outdoor swimming. Otherwise everything and all the staff are outstanding , I will stay there for sure on my next trip.

Mr. Mohammad (Assistant Front Office Manager) was exceptional!!!! Not only did he arrange for our day itinerary and a great price for a private vehicle, he also assisted us in all our requests even when we were in other cities in Jordan. We have travelled the world and Mr. Mohammad is without question one of the most helpful and pleasant people we have worked with. His communication and English were flawless. The staff were so nice answering all our questions. The lady in guest relations was exceptional in answering all our needs. Beautiful resort highly recommend and view was awesome surrounded by the nile. The buffet was awesome, fresh and so many choices. Beautiful pool too

I really enjoyed my stay at the Amman Marriott. The staff was exceptional, the facilities excellent, and the amenities amazing. The hotel has a wonderful security service, and no corner is cut in ensuring guests have a wonderful stay.
