Bon restaurant mais hotel isolé, chambres tristes et petites. Parce que la porte entre piscine et spa était fermée, j'ai dû en peignoir sortir dans le parking; prendre des escaliers jusqu'au massage où personne n'était au rendez-vous et où je suis tombé en glissant sur des carrelages qu'on venait de savonner. J'ai dû annuler ma séance!

Magnifique hôtel ! J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel digne d’un 5 étoiles, tout était parfait de la chambre au personnel. Excellent petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le meilleur hôtel qualité /prix. Sinon bon à savoir, le spa et la piscine sont non mixtes.

Attention la piscine est non mixte. Déception pour nous, qui avions réservé cet hôtel pour profiter en famille de la piscine, avant de prendre l’avion. Cela n’était pas clairement précisé sur l’annonce. Restaurant moyen, et froid. Massage au spa de très mauvaise qualité. Bon état de l’hôtel et des chambres.

We stayed for one night. It was ok not a great experience. The room we got was unfortunately one of their defective rooms. The room card would not work so we could not get in by ourselves. Someone from the reception let us in. One of the bathroom drainage was not working so it flooded after a shower. Other than these the stay was good.

We were not made welcome
Our flight was prevented from landing by over three hours due to fog. When we checked in we were made to feel it was our fault that the taxi driver had a long wait and then gave up. Since we had been asked for our flight number we had assumed they would be keeping an eye on the flight and we had no way of making contact while on the plane. The receptionist was the opposite of welcoming and we were required to pay for the original taxi in addition to the one we used. The hotel was fine but we will never stay there again and certainly don't recommend it due to the attitude of the reception staff

Had a very pleasant stay at Opal. The rooms are very spacious and is serviced daily to a high standard - very clean! The spa services are also great. The staff at Opal are very lovely, kind and helpful. Great customer service. The hotel is also in a good location in terms of access to motorways and easy commute. Would highly recommend Opal.

This location checks all the squares. Great staff, good parking, excellent wifi. The bed was so comfortable that I slept through my alarm! Will absolutely stay again.

I believe this hotel specializes in parties/weddings, therefore be prepared for loud festivities. Staff has always been courteous to me. Rooms are clean - Recommendations: add washcloths in the bathroom, add early check-in option on the website, add an Airport shuttle service.

Very beautiful property all services are available and it is easily accessible to the main road. Very private and secure location absolutely loved my stay.
