We were surprised to find the host had even provided some essentials, such as Welsh cakes, milk, eggs, and brew making items. The house was not big but homely and very well set out. The stairs would be a struggle for some and the shower was quite small, although there was lots of hot water and the pressure...

« Really beautiful property with a great cosy feel to it. The fireplace was great at keeping the house warm and toasty. Kitchen is well stocked and the sound of the stream near by was lovely! The road going up to the property is a bit challenging so something to be mindful of with your vehicle. Very remote but a small village is a 15 minute drive away. The listing says there is a hot tub but they are just regular bath tubs - still great and relaxing! Just no jet element to them. »

It has a huge lounge/social space, an ornate seperate dining room, a ground floor bedroom great for those with accessibility issues, and well provisioned kitchen. The owners are friendly and helpful, and react quickly to any problems. »
