Host was very responsive and allow us to get in early because we were tired. The mattress could be a bit firm it was too soft for my back, the bedding was hotel style and professional looking, everything else was good, unlike hotels, I liked the different shampoos brands in the shower. « Clean hotel. But noisy and hard to sleep. Very little or no noise dampening insulation between floors and rooms. You shouldn't be able to hear the guy next door urinate in his toilet or hear his phone vibrate. The room doors slam shut and would wake the dead. »
