We really try and keep the noise level down for all our guests; however, we are not always successful. Ray,Thank you so much for leaving us a 10/10 rating. Everyone loves the real plates, and coffee mugs. We do have an extremely friendly staff. The housekeeping staff would laugh at the comment about the floors being easier to clean. Carpeting you just vacuum it fast. Hard surface floors you need to sweep, vacuum, and then mop and sometimes you need to do them over. The hard surfaces are much cleaner than carpets, but you are right not as cozy.
