The Forge was very clean and a excellent hotel. What made it stand out though was the people they really served you, really took their job seriously from top to bottom. Tammi was great, but everyone followed her lead!

Hotel was very noisy. Having tile floors in the rooms made it very noisy being on the first floor. The hot water kept running out so you have to really plan your showers. The restaurant was very good and most of the staff was welcoming and friendly.

We liked staying here for skiing Discovery. The only problem we had is the people above us were up ALL night both nights making noise. Opening and closing drawers, dragging furniture, stomping. I called the front desk but the noise never stopped. Outside that area of the hall wreaked with smoke and there was a do not disturb on the door so I assume there was a party.

Melanie,I am so sorry you had a bad experience with the guests above you. Also, that it did not change when you talked to the front desk. We really try and keep the noise level down for all our guests; however, we are not always successful. If guests smoke in their rooms the fire alarms go off immediately, but some guests clothes smell of smoke. Please give me a call so we can talk about your experience. I stay here frequently when skiing. It is a nice, newer hotel. I'm not a fan of laminate flooring in the rooms as it creates an echo chamber effect, which also allows you to clearly hear conversations in adjacent rooms. The lamp shades have clear glass covers so the lights are glaring. My most recent visit there was quite a bit of ice on the sidewalks and combined with gusty winds made walking a challenge. Still a better value than Fairmont, which is the only other larger hotel option in the area.

Rooms are spacious. Check in was a snap Kyle was so sweet at the front desk. Had a cute little cocoa bar in the breakfast area the kids got a hot chocolate treat after hitting the pool. Will for sure come back for another stay

Very nice property and the staff is awesome. Rooms very ample and super clean. The only two things that I would recommend would be better lighting, the Edison lights are a bit harsh, softer lighting above bed at least. A rug on the floor would be nice for warmth and acoustics. Otherwise everything else was great.

The coffee pots in the room do not work. We've stayed here several times and it is a constant in all rooms we've been in. The room refrigerators are loud. We had a room above us that was excessively loud and we had to call the front desk twice. I do not know if they were bouncing a ball or what but it was banging for over an hour.

Three facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very good. It felt very safe and was very quiet. The next time i need to stay in Anaconda, it will be my first choice.

Hotel stay was excellent. Excellent breakfast (with real coffee mugs, ceramic plates and silverware!!), Pool, hot tub. Very courteous and friendly staff. One niggle: bare floors vs. carpet in rooms. I know they are easier to clean. Just not cozy.

The housekeeping staff would laugh at the comment about the floors being easier to clean. Carpeting you just vacuum it fast. Hard surface floors you need to sweep, vacuum, and then mop and sometimes you need to do them over. The hard surfaces are much cleaner than carpets, but you are right not as cozy.
