« This is the second time we've stayed here. Its a great, very unique property. Highly recommend! »

« The property was really cute. The stairs from the parking lot could use some work down near the house some of them are unstable and tippy. The large windows in the livingroom are beautiful and we enjoyed looking over the edge into the gorge and river area. The girls and I loved going down the spiral staircase and into the river area, such a sweet location. »

« The host was so kind and explained all the unique features of the cabin. It was a cozy place for a girls weekend getaway! »

« If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears! »

« Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I...

« My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate...

« Property was the perfect place for our enlarging family to rest while visiting Cuba Lake family home. Loved the nostalgic Lake photos decorating the home. The front porch was a comfortable family gathering spot after a day on the lake! »

« Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again! »

« Check-in process and communication was excellent from the start. We were able to start enjoying our stay immediately upon arrival. Communication during our stay and at the end was equally as positive. Quick and helpful information was always provided. The pictures of the cabin and immediate area do not do this cabin/surrounding area enough justice. It is beautiful, rustic, and warm. Fishing at the Big Pond was awesome. My family and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. »

Loved the new appliances and spending mornings and nights on the deck. We bring a wifi hotspot from Simple Mobile and are able to get internet while we're there. »
