The bathroom amenities are very nice, and that it's walkable to Cookham's high street is quite nice, and I appreciated having tea and juice. It was important to me to have parking onsite - and the parking is actually on the road (I normally drive on the opposite side of the road and wanted to have the simplest of parking experiences). « A great place to stay for us as a stop over on the way to France via the tunnel (20 mins drive).Really comfortable beds, very clean, newly renovated, with a small sitting room and two beds with 2 bathrooms. Just what we were looking for and they let dogs stay. We usually stay in a Premier Inn but this was far better value, plus the pub downstairs was excellent. Good choice of beer, great food and perfect hospitality - what more could you ask for?? Fully recommended! »

« Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. »
