Une cuisine commune (propre et Ă©quipĂ©e) nous a permis prendre notre petit dĂ©jeuner tranquillement. SituĂ©e dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme, la rue principale de Kidlington est Ă  15 min Ă  pied et il est donc facile de se rendre Ă  Oxford en bus. « Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh »

« We had the greatest stay in this beautiful and cozy flat. It is very well equipped and there was good space for everyone. The terrace and garden by the water is amazing where we had the morning coffee, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and watched the ducks swim by. Would defenitely come again. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Seagulls. Very spacious clean property with a lovely secure wraparound garden which was perfect for our dogs! Location near the beach was great. Pubs within walking distance was a bonus. Great host who responded very quickly to any queries. »
