« Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, itâs actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - donât worry you canât smell any fried food...
« We spent 2 days in Heaven..... Oooops in The Haven! and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind. I would like to thank especially Gulsah and Ana, who were very helpful and the cleaning people who do a remarkable job. The hotel has a breahtaking view over Studland.
